Hello.
I’m glad you found your way here.
I’ve always been fascinated by Joseph Campbell’s writings and philosophy. I’m particularly drawn to his idea of the Hero’s Journey. At my very core, I have a warrior’s spirit, and the Hero’s Journey provides a wonderful blueprint for my life.
Not everyone feels that warrior spark. Some have the cooling spirit of the healer, the musical spirit of the bard, the wandering spirit of the scout. These are all heroes in their own right, and have their own precious journeys to complete.

Journeys, by their very nature, are difficult. It’s not only getting it started that is challenging, but keeping the momentum. That’s why so often, it’s just easier not to start. But as someone wise once said “if you do it the way you’ve always done, you will have what you always had.”
Or something like that.
And what is a journey without roadblocks. Hurdles. Barricades. Adversity?
How we handle these challenges says way more about us than our accomplishments. Always keep that in mind when it seems that life is working against you.
